From Mk7Covert's VWVortex GTI MKVII wheel-thread post 105655985 (May 28, 2017), text read verbatim Nov 4, 2026: Advanti HY Hybris 19x8.5 wheels, Michelin PS4 tires 235/35/19, lowered on VWR springs; no offset stated. Year proven from the poster himself: his own thread '2016 Deep Black Pearl. My first VW...kind of.' opens 'This is a 2016 GTI in Deep Black Pearl with DSG.' His photo (platforum upload c1ae277e) was fetched and viewed by me: the entire black GTI in side profile on black Advanti-style wheels with red calipers in a parking garage.
