Build submissions may include your email address, vehicle and wheel details, photos, forum information, and notes. Removal requests include your name, email address, the relevant page, and your explanation.
How we use it
We use submitted information to review fitment accuracy, confirm photo permission, contact you about the submission, prevent abuse, publish approved builds, and process correction or removal requests. Submissions remain private while pending review.
Analytics
RimPictures uses Cloudflare Web Analytics to understand page visits and general traffic sources. It is privacy-focused: it sets no cookies, does not track visitors across other sites, and needs no consent prompt. We do not send form contents or submitted build details to Analytics.
Storage and service providers
Submission records and photos are stored using the services that operate RimPictures. Limited technical information may be processed to prevent spam, protect the service, and operate submission and removal forms. We do not sell submitted personal information.
Retention and choices
Pending, approved, declined, and removal records may be retained as reasonably necessary for review, security, rights management, and legal compliance. You can request correction or removal through the Copyright & Removal page.
Children
RimPictures is intended for a general automotive audience and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian may use the removal form if a child submitted information.
